Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n

We are all aware that things come up and there are times where we have to cancel our training session. This is a human business and we are willing to adapt to the situations as they appear, yet we have to employ a cancellation policy to protect both parties in case of misunderstandings. We are always available to be contacted if anything arises. <\/p>\n

Please be advised that cancellations made via text, phone, or email 24 hours before the scheduled session will be rescheduled at a date agreed upon by the 2 parties without any charges applied. Any attempts to re-schedule within the 24 hour period of the training will result in a charge of CHF25.<\/strong><\/p>\n
