Football Performance Training is the evolution of Jahmal Sang’s football experience. As a youth player in Canada, he was available to develop a love for the game while competing at an elite level. During his training he was always attentive to details and has fond memories of a complete training regime that would be perceived today as “holistic<\/i>“.<\/p>\n
The application for the performance training from FootballPT is to achieve the highest objectives without forgetting the humanity of the sport. Born in Toronto, Canada. A youth player with Scarborough National Malvern Soccer Club for most of his youth career until he changed to play for Markham Soccer Club. With Markham he had enough success to be offered sporting scholarships to various universities in the United States of America. Choosing to pursue his studies in entertainment marketing he chose to stay in Canada.<\/p>\n
During the time that he focused on his studies he realised how much the football formation had influenced his decision making as an individual. Jahmal continued to coach in the local youth leagues and when in 2015 his new home was to be in Lausanne, Switzerland the same presence on the side of the pitch was found in a new environment.<\/p>\n
Very quickly, Jahmal took his certifications to be a trainer and has progressed to the UEFA C diploma looking to take the UEFA B in 2024.<\/p>\n
