Cancellation Policy
We are all aware that things come up and there are times where we have to cancel our training session. This is a human business and we are willing to adapt to the situations as they appear, yet we have to employ a cancellation policy to protect both parties in case of misunderstandings. We are always available to be contacted if anything arises.
Veuillez noter que les annulations faites par SMS, téléphone ou courriel 24 heures avant la session prévue seront reportées à une date convenue par les deux parties sans frais. Toute tentative de report dans les 24 heures suivant l'entrainement est facturée 25 CHF.
