Cancellation Policy
We are all aware that things come up and there are times where we have to cancel our training session. This is a human business and we are willing to adapt to the situations as they appear, yet we have to employ a cancellation policy to protect both parties in case of misunderstandings. We are always available to be contacted if anything arises.
Please be advised that cancellations made via text, phone, or email 24 hours before the scheduled session will be rescheduled at a date agreed upon by the 2 parties without any charges applied. Any attempts to re-schedule within the 24 hour period of the training will result in a charge of CHF25.
