Sessions have a duration of 90 minutes. This includes the warm-up and cool down.
Feel free to consult our cancellation policy if you are looking for clarification.
If individuals trainings in a month surpass the value of 5 sessions the following sessions will not be billed. You will never pay more than the rate of our monthly plans. So contact us to book a session now.
